Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Bridge Swap. By sending a deposit or connecting a wallet through this service, you agree to them. Please read the Risk Disclosure Statement as well - it covers the risks specific to cross-chain swaps.

1. What Bridge Swap is

Bridge Swap is a non-custodial exchange interface. We do not hold, custody, or have access to your funds at any point. Each transaction is a direct transfer: you send the source asset to an address we display, and we send the destination asset to the address you provide.

We are not a bank, a broker, or a custodian, and nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction, and you must not be a resident of, or use this service from, a country or territory subject to sanctions that would make your use unlawful. You are responsible for determining whether using Bridge Swap is legal where you live.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Double-check the receiving address, the network, and the amount before sending any deposit. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
  • Only send the exact asset and network combination shown for your transaction. Sending an unsupported asset, or sending to the wrong network, may result in permanent loss of funds.
  • Keep your wallet's private keys and recovery phrase secret. We will never ask for them.
  • You are solely responsible for any transaction you initiate, whether by connecting a wallet or by sending funds manually.

4. Rates and fees

Displayed rates are estimates based on live market data at the time of quoting and may move before your deposit is confirmed on-chain. A service fee, shown before you confirm, is included in the quoted amount. Network (miner/gas) fees are separate, are set by the underlying blockchain, and are outside our control.

5. Processing and delays

Most exchanges complete within minutes of your deposit reaching the required number of network confirmations. Confirmation times vary by network and by current network congestion, and are outside our control. Large transactions may be subject to additional review before the destination asset is sent.

6. Cancellations and refunds

If you have not yet sent funds for a transaction, you can simply let it expire or start a new one - there is nothing to cancel. If you have already sent funds, contact support immediately; depending on the transaction's status, we may be able to continue it, or arrange a refund minus any network fees already incurred.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Bridge Swap for money laundering, financing of illegal activity, fraud, or any transaction involving funds you are not entitled to. We reserve the right to decline, delay, or reverse a transaction where we reasonably suspect this Section is being violated.

8. Limitation of liability

Bridge Swap is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your own error (wrong address, wrong network, wrong asset), from third-party wallet or blockchain network failures, from market volatility between quote and settlement, or from events outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bridge Swap after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to our support team through the contact options listed on the main site.
