Risk Disclosure Statement

Cryptocurrency exchanges carry risks that are different from, and often larger than, traditional finance. Read this before sending a deposit - it explains where the risk actually sits, and what is and isn't under our control.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible

Once a deposit is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be recalled, cancelled, or reversed by us or by anyone else. If you send to the wrong address, the wrong network, or send an unsupported asset, the funds may be permanently unrecoverable. Always verify the address, network, and asset shown before sending.

Network and address mismatches

The same coin can exist on several different networks (for example, USDT on Ethereum vs. BNB Smart Chain vs. Tron), and these networks are not interchangeable. Sending an asset on a network we do not support for that specific transaction, or sending to an address generated for a different network, can result in a loss that no support process can undo. When in doubt, send a small test amount first.

Price volatility

Crypto asset prices can move significantly between the moment you get a quote and the moment your deposit confirms on-chain, particularly during high volatility or network congestion. A floating-rate exchange settles at the rate available when your deposit is processed, which may differ from the rate you were originally quoted.

Smart contract and network risk

Transfers on networks that use smart contracts (token transfers, bridges, layer-2 rollups) depend on the correctness and security of code we did not write and do not control. Bugs, exploits, or congestion on the underlying blockchain are outside our ability to prevent or reverse.

Wallet and custody risk

If you connect a wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, or another supported wallet) to transact, you remain solely responsible for its security - including your private keys, seed phrase, and any browser extension or device it runs on. We never have access to your private keys and cannot recover a wallet on your behalf.

No guarantee of profit

Nothing on Bridge Swap is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions to transact.

Regulatory risk

The legal treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and continues to evolve. Future regulation could affect your ability to use this service or to hold, transfer, or exchange specific assets in your jurisdiction.

By using Bridge Swap, you accept these risks

You confirm that you understand the risks described above, that you are transacting with funds you can afford to put at risk, and that you have independently verified the address, network, and asset for your transaction before sending.
