Four steps, no account, and your funds never sit in our custody. Here's exactly what happens between picking a pair and receiving your coins.

The exchange flow

Choose your pair and enter the amount

Pick the coin you're sending and the coin you want to receive, on whichever networks you need. The rate updates live as you type.
Enter your receiving wallet address

This is where the exchanged asset will be sent once your deposit confirms - it can be any wallet you control, on any device.
Send your deposit

Connect a wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, or another supported wallet) to send automatically, or send manually from any wallet or exchange using the address and QR code shown.
Track it in real time

The status tracker updates as your deposit confirms and the exchange completes - no need to refresh the page.

Awaiting Deposit Confirming Exchanging Sending to You

Send a deposit on the wrong network, as long as that asset is supported on our service
Create the transaction with the wrong coin selected
Send more than one deposit for the same transaction
Send a deposit long after the exchange was created or already marked complete

Send a deposit for a fixed-rate exchange after that rate has expired, if the rate has since dropped
Send funds using the wrong contract address for a token

In either case, contact our support team - the exchange can usually continue from there, or you can request a refund.

If you haven't sent any funds yet, there's nothing to cancel - just start a new transaction whenever you're ready.
If you've already sent the funds, contact our support team immediately for assistance.
